Cheapest Knee Replacement @ Rs. 4000 in India
Knee replacement surgery (arthroplasty) or total knee prosthesis is an operative surgery to replace a damaged, worn or diseased knee with an artificial joint (prosthesis).
Age and gender are not criteria to be considered if someone is having a knee replaced. In general, the only reason for surgical replacement depends on the degree of severity and disability. It is mainly recommended for older people, but adolescents or adults can have a knee replacement if there is excessive wear on the knee joint.
A knee replacement usually lasts longer than 20 years, especially if the new knee is used properly and not put under too much stress.
